4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.

• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Cashback is credited to the account on a fixed day each week. VIP benefits may change at bk334's discretion and members will be notified.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

bk334 is committed to ensuring a fair and safe environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and if detected will result in immediate account closure:

• Any form of fraud, hacking, or use of automated bots.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in gaming software.
• Running multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Using another user's account credentials or playing with third-party funds.
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.

If suspicious activity is detected, bk334 has the right to suspend the account and conduct an investigation. The balance of the relevant account may be temporarily frozen while the investigation is ongoing.
